I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Greg, and I started Crumbleology from my little home kitchen in beautiful Winchester. As someone who can’t eat wheat myself, I know exactly how it feels to miss out on the simple joy of a warm, freshly baked crumble. That’s why I created Crumbleology — a place where everyone, especially those with celiac disease or gluten and dairy sensitivities, can finally enjoy that golden-topped goodness without worry.

 

Each crumble that comes out of my oven is made with love, care, and an obsession for flavour. I use the best naturally gluten-free ingredients, crafting recipes that are not only safe to eat, but genuinely irresistible. You’ll find familiar favourites like classic apple and berry, alongside a few adventurous twists that celebrate this humble, old-fashioned dessert in new ways.

 

At Crumbleology, everything is baked in small, limited batches — because I believe good food should be personal, thoughtful, and full of heart. Every crumble tells a story of comfort and connection, made especially for those who’ve spent too long searching for “just one dessert” they can trust.
